Creality Hyper PAHT-CF 3D Printing Filament – High-Temperature Carbon Fiber Nylon

Creality Hyper PAHT-CF is a high-performance engineering filament based on PAHT (high-temperature polyamide) reinforced with carbon fiber, designed for industrial-grade strength, thermal resistance and dimensional stability.

This advanced composite material delivers superior mechanical performance compared to standard nylon and PA12-CF, making it ideal for demanding functional and structural applications.

Extreme Strength & Rigidity

Carbon fiber reinforcement significantly improves stiffness and load-bearing capability, allowing parts to withstand high stress and mechanical loads.

  • High tensile and bending strength (up to ~153 MPa XY)
  • Excellent stiffness and structural integrity
  • Lightweight yet highly durable parts

Outstanding Heat Resistance

PAHT-CF offers exceptional thermal performance, maintaining strength and shape even under high temperatures.

  • Heat deflection temperature up to ~195°C
  • Suitable for high-temperature environments
  • Stable long-term performance

Low Moisture Absorption

Compared to standard PA-CF materials, PAHT-CF absorbs significantly less moisture, ensuring consistent print quality and mechanical reliability even in humid conditions.

  • Up to 76% lower moisture absorption
  • Improved dimensional stability
  • Reduced warping and shrinkage

Enhanced Layer Adhesion

Improved Z-layer bonding increases impact resistance and durability of printed parts, making them suitable for real-world functional use.

  • Strong interlayer adhesion
  • Higher resistance to cracking and deformation

Applications

  • Mechanical and structural components
  • Automotive parts
  • Industrial tools and fixtures
  • Engineering prototypes
  • Robotics and drone components
